Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT)

Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) is the Army’s preferred contract vehicle to procure cloud computing, transition support, and application modernization services and is available for use by all DoD organizations. ACCENT provides the DoD organizations a contract vehicle to procure commercial cloud service offerings (CSO) and IT technical support to transition enterprise applications to a commercial cloud environment. The objective is to move designated IT applications, systems, and associated data to authorized commercial cloud service providers (CSP).

ACCENT Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) allow capability owners to obtain commercial cloud hosting services in any combination of service models, deployment models, and Cloud Impact Level as defined in the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG), along with the transition support and modernization services required to move a system/ application to a cloud environment.

OM Group is an ACCENT BOA holder (Contract #W52P1J-17-G-0039) and can offer the full spectrum of cloud hosting, migration and transition services to DoD agencies seeking digital transformation services to the cloud. ACCENT contracting activities are de-centralized. Mission Organizations moving applications to the cloud will perform all contracting requirements and develop and issue the RFP. Task Orders (TO) will be issued through CHESS and competed among CSPs authorized to provide cloud services.
